Attention to Detail
One of the best things you can do is spend extra attention to detail when it comes to your car. With the large number of vehicles usually at a car show, small details will make a difference. Be sure to pack a cleaning kit just in case you need to wipe off dirt or do an emergency wax job.
Leave it Empty
Having random pieces of equipment or supplies in your car is fine — when the car is sitting idle at your house. When you bring a car to a show, the last thing you want is random items in the back of your vehicle. Take out any pieces you can and leave your car as empty as possible.
Leave the Windows Up
Even though the interior of your car may look immaculate, under no circumstances do you want to leave the windows of your car rolled down. Your windows are one of the parts of your car that will be judged, and they must be spotless. Invest in a high-quality glass cleaner to make sure they are worthy of first place.
Show Up Early
One of the best things that you can do at a show is to be early. By showing up early, you give yourself enough time to park your car in a quality spot and have time to do any final detailing you may need.
Advantage Lifts is excited to see what types of classic cars are making an appearance at the shows this summer. See you out there!
